He has ten years of professional experience as Program Coordinator and M&E specialist, and Research Lead in the Horn of Africa and East Africa. Guleid has worked with Tusmo and Altai for the past seven years, focusing on aid and development programs, governance, public services delivery over the past 10 years, first through protection programs with DRC, Care International, and other INGOs, before engaging in research with Tusmo and Altai Consulting in the Horn of Africa. He has experience of technical assistance to government agencies and of institutional capacity building in Mogadishu where he has supported the development of the research capacity of the Ministry of Planning. He speaks Somali and Arabic and holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Technology of Malaysia.</span></div> </div> </div>
